What data we process and why
We process only the data we need to operate the website, communicate with you, handle an enquiry or booking, provide accommodation and comply with legal obligations.

If you do not provide the data necessary to process a booking or provide accommodation, we may not be able to provide the requested service.
Who may have access to the data?
We make data available only to the extent necessary to operate our services, perform a contract or comply with legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, recipients may include in particular:
- providers of web hosting and the website's technical infrastructure,
- providers of the booking system's technical infrastructure, including Vercel,
- the provider of our email service,
- banks and payment institutions in connection with payments,
- accountants, tax, legal or other professional advisers where their involvement is necessary,
- public authorities where we are required to provide data by law or by a binding decision.
We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Data protection when using external services
Some of our technical service providers may also use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area when providing their services. Where personal data is transferred in this context, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and using appropriate legal safeguards.
This does not mean that we routinely or without restriction transfer personal data abroad. It is information about the technical provision of some services used by the website and booking system.
Technical data and cookies
The website kempdrenice.cz does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies, Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tools designed for behavioural profiling of visitors.
Standard technical server logs may be generated when the website is operated. These are necessary for security, troubleshooting and service availability.
If you visit an external service through a link on our website, such as the booking system, the rules of the relevant provider also apply to the technical operation of that service.
If the use of cookies or tracking technologies changes, this information will be updated and, where required by law, the user's consent will be obtained in advance.
Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal or similarly significant effects on you. Automatic price calculation or the display of availability in the booking system is only a technical function.
What rights do you have under the GDPR?
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may exercise in particular the following rights:
- right of access to personal data and information about its processing,
- right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- right to erasure where there are no longer grounds for further processing; this right does not apply where we are required by law to retain the data,
- right to restriction of processing in the cases provided for by the GDPR,
- right to data portability where the legal conditions are met,
- right to object to processing based on legitimate interests,
- right to withdraw consent where specific processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
We will handle your request without undue delay, generally no later than within one month. Where necessary to protect the data, we may ask for reasonable verification of the applicant's identity.
